One Project, One Schedule, Every Trade Coordinated
A whole-home remodel updates several rooms, or the full interior and exterior, under one contract. We plan the job, coordinate every trade and answer for the result, so you never have to manage a crowd of separate contractors.
The biggest risk in a large remodel is sequencing. Walls can't close until the plumbing and electrical rough-in is done and inspected where required. Cabinets, flooring and paint have to land in the right order. We plan that order before demo day and manage it every day after.
- One contract, one detailed price. The full scope in writing after the site walk.
- Licensed trades. Electrical, plumbing and HVAC work is done by licensed trade partners.
- Updates with photos. You know what got done and what comes next.

Whole Home Remodeling Questions, Answered
Can we live in the house during a whole home remodel?
Often, yes, when the work is phased so part of the house stays usable. Some stretches, like work on your only kitchen or bathroom, are easier to plan around with a short stay elsewhere. We talk through phasing at the walkthrough.
Can we remodel in phases?
Yes. Many homeowners start with the kitchen or primary bathroom and continue room by room. Planning the whole house up front, even when you build it in phases, keeps you from redoing work later.
How long does a whole home remodel take?
It depends on how many rooms and systems are involved, the permits required and material lead times. We walk you through the expected schedule before work starts, and you get updates at every stage.
Do I need permits for a whole home remodel?
Most whole-home remodels need permits for at least part of the work, especially new plumbing, electrical, HVAC or wall changes. Rules differ between the City of Houston, suburban cities and unincorporated county areas. We confirm what your address requires before work starts.
Who does the electrical, plumbing and HVAC work?
Licensed trade partners. Texas licenses electricians, plumbers and air conditioning contractors, and all of that work in your home is done by licensed pros. We schedule and coordinate every trade.
How much does a whole home remodel cost?
Cost depends on the number of rooms, the systems involved and the finishes you choose. We walk the whole house with you, then send a detailed price in writing before any work starts. The estimate is free.
